[tex-live] Install texlive 2009 on FreeBSD failed?

Hi,
I tried to install texlive 2009 on FreeBSD (8.0 rc2). Not successful. 
Cannot find /bin in directory /usr/local/texlive/2009/.  tlmgr is not 
installed, either. 

TL 2008 worked nicely. What's wrong with 2009 ?
