[tex-live] Windows installation batch file not working for 2009 pretest

Hi,

 

The batch for installation does not work (see below), starting the perl script manually works.

 

My system is a little bit strange and might be the source of this problem:

Windows Vista x64, System Drive is J:\, There is no disk in drive C:\ (it's a card reader).

When I start the batch file (with or without parameters) I receive the following error:

And as you can see my path environment is broken for this shell session. It looks to me like a quoting error.

 

When I call perl from the package with the install-tl file, the installation runs fine (it is right now).
