[tex-live] latex package import.sty (ltxmisc) unwanted leading space after import

please tell donald arseneau, rather than the tex-live list.  it'll not
get changed on ctan until donald updates, and without a ctan change, tex
live won't change.

(fwiw, i believe that donald has another package "under his hat" needing
a ctan update.)
