Ok. In my understanding, the point is that he, as a teacher, is able to have
network access and prepare an off-line installation support for his students,
and just wants this to be easier.

But while we're at it, I wonder in people would be interested in purchasing USB
keys with pre-installed TL (and maybe other portable tools like texworks) from
the TUG store (or via their local TUG).
