[tex-live] Missing map file?

Sure there can be a contnav.map in the context package, I'll add it
myself if Hans doesn't want to add it to the context distribution.

It will end up as

   fonts/map/pdftex/context/contnav.map

But will that work OK with the package dependencies? The font does not
have  its own package.
