[tex-live] package achemso is outdated in tl-2008

Dear all, 

the package achemso (style files for the American Chemical Society journals) 
is hopelessly outdated in tl-2008. 

tl contains version 2.2 (with a sty file!), while the package has reached 
version >3 for a long time (see e.g. dante), containing a documentclass. 

This limits usefulness... Please update!
