[tex-live] lamsarrow.sty non-free?

That copyright does not permit CTAN to distribute the file, as far as I
can see.

Robin, how about removing lamsarrow.sty from CTAN and then we will pick
up the removal in TL?

It would also be good to contact the pb-diagram author but I do not have
the energy to attempt it, sorry.
