[tex-live] TL09 installation instructions

Hi Karl,

Since you're getting close to announcing that TL09 is available for 
testing, I have a few suggestions to make concerning the installation 
instructions on unix-like systems.  I'd be glad to try to give you my 
suggestions in the form of a patch, if you can point me to the 
appropriate source file(s).  Or I can just send my suggestions by email, 
whichever you prefer.
