[tex-live] Files which require case sensitive file system in TL repository

Hi Karl,

In the directory
Master/texmf-dist/doc/latex/powerdot-FUBerlin
there are files FULogo.eps and FUlogo.eps.
Because of that, fatal error occurs and I cannot check
out the Master.
Please tell the author not to use such names.
