[tex-live] tlmgr query

    multiple recipients directly rather than to the tex-live mailing list
    only?)

It is fine to email individual recipients + the list in the same
message.  Either the list software or the recipients' mail software
will/should filter out any duplication.

(If anyone on Unix-ish systems needs a procmail recipe for doing that,
let me know. :)
