[tex-live] Misworded comment in 'mathtime' mapfile

      \texmf\fonts\map\dvips\tetex\mt-yy.map

I decided to simply remove mt-{yy,belleek,plus}.map, since they are only
useful with the proprietary original mathtime fonts, which are no longer
available anyway.  They were not used by TL as far as I know, they were
just sitting there in the tetex/directory.

I updated the comments in map/dvips/belleek/belleek.map.

    I could not find a centralized source for these mt-*.map

Apparently the problem is that there is no belleek package on CTAN.  And
no TFM's for the fonts are available.  Would you like to put together a
usable package?
