[tex-live] TL2009: metafont not run for pdflatex

    "pk" is added by Thanh, when he removed the default-pk generation
    code from pdftex.web, in the help message of the option [-no]-mktex=FMT

I remember Thanh and I discussing the option, which is fine, but I did
not realize that mktexpk was also going to be disabled by default.  That
seems wrong to me.
