[tex-live] pretest: Windows shortcuts not created, path not set

I just installed TL’09 pretest under Windows Vista.  I recall choosing
the option to add TeX programs to the Path, but it did not happen.
Also, no Start Menu folder was created.

Is there a post-install script I can try re-running to fix this?
