[tex-live] pretest: texdoc problem

My default is AR. PDFs are still correctly registered and open fine on
double-click. So broken file associations seem to drop out of possible
reasons.

Switching back to TL08 everything is fine.

Maybe in a couple of hours I can also try on XP.
