[tex-live] Linux Libertine and TeX Live 2008

    I wanted to try out Linux Libertine with TeX Live 2008 (and LyX as
    front-end). But I must have forgotten something, because LyX tells
    me:
    LaTeX error: File 'fxb.inc' not found.

    fxb.inc is in texmf-dist\tex\latex\libertine\ . And I _did_ run
    texhash.exe.

    What else have I forgotten?

If you run kpsewhich fxb.inc from the command line, is the file found?
If so, that would indicate a problem with lyx (no clue).
If not, that would indicate a problem with the tl setup, somewhere somehow.

Do you have TeX-related environment variables set?

I notice that fxb.inc was not in the original TL 2008 release.
Presumably you did some updates since then ...
