IMHO, "Run from DVD" should not be the first option.
Provided that the installer (a person, not a program)
has adequate room on his/her hard drive(s), the first
option should be "Full install to hard drive, all
default values used" (what Norbert term's "Expert
Installation" but I would term "Idiot's Installation :-)).
Only if that is out of the question should the lesser
options (such as "Run from DVD") be offered as first
choice.
