[tex-live] Problem installing TL2008 on Debian Lenny

Hi,

I recently installed Debian Lenny from CD1, i386. When I tried to install TL2008 from DVD, i get the following error:

debian:/media/cdrom0# perl install-tl -gui
TeXLive::TLUtils::setup_programs failed at tlpkg/TeXLive/TLUtils.pm line 1042.
./tlpkg/installer/lzma/lzmadec.i386-linux --help failed (status 32256): No such file or directory
Output is:
Can't exec "./tlpkg/installer/lzma/lzmadec.i386-linux": Permission denied at tlpkg/TeXLive/TLUtils.pm line 1045.
Couldn't set up the necessary programs.
Cannot continue with installation.
Please report to texlive at tug.org.

Can anyone give me a tip what to do next and what's the problem? I appologize if this was up before and I missed it somehow.
