sh: wdiff: command not found I'll work on getting latexdiff into TL, but in the alternative, you can get the latest wdiff from http://alpha.gnu.org/gnu/wdiff/wdiff-0.5.93.tar.gz. I don't know if it has the cmdline problems Victor noted, but it wouldn't surprise me.
