getnonfreefonts should not be default. I do not want to be accused
that I used a nonfree font in a way not compatible with its license
and do not want to check the fonts one by one trying to figure out
what I am allowed to do with them (private use, use in commercial
documents etc). I want to have free fonts and separately commercial
fonts that I have bought.
