Right, some conflicts are taken care of by the search paths.

    I will try to summarize the situation for mentioned files.

Thanks, although the time-consuming part is writing to the authors to
get the situation corrected, whatever correction is needed.  (Deleting
from package A, updating in package B, etc.)
