[tex-live] option change location -> repository

Dear all,

After some internal discussion about clarity and consitency of option
naming we decided to change the name of "location" to "repository"
(for both: tlmgr and installer). GUI and man pages have been updated
accordingly, and now uniformly refer to "package repository" or
"repository" everywhere.

The old option -location is still accepted for compatibility reasons,
however, we encourage everybody to start using the new -repository
option instead. For those who don't like to type too much, there is
also a shorthand -repo alias available. The changes should take effect
with tomorrow's upadates.
