[tex-live] Broken links in current TL2009

After a fresh build and a fresh installation of TL2009, the following 
links in bin/custom (Cygwin) are broken:

exatools -> ../../texmf-dist/scripts/context/stubs/unix/exatools
pdftrimwhite -> ../../texmf-dist/scripts/context/stubs/unix/pdftrimwhite
texfind -> ../../texmf-dist/scripts/context/stubs/unix/texfind
texshow -> ../../texmf-dist/scripts/context/stubs/unix/texshow

Indeed, the corresponding scripts are missing from the current package 
contex.tar.xz.
