[tex-live] bug report: unusable location

Hi,

I send a bug report of TeX Live 2009 on Platworm Windows XP (line wrap 
by copying):

I have tried another location like www.cstug.cz/... or 
http://www.ctan.org/tex-archive/systems/texlive/tlnet
The result was always negative and the same.
