Phil, I see no reason it shouldn't be you, assuming you are the one who
is going to put it there.  It shouldn't be me or RobinL.  We aren't
going to be dealing with torrents.

Feel free to put in "TeX Users Group" for the organization if you wish
(after all, you're a board member), or leave it blank if you wish.  I
don't see that it's going to matter much.

Damien, thanks for this info.  We will be glad if Phil, you, or anyone
else sets up torrents for TeX Live wherever it seems appropriate, and
I'll add the url's to the TL page.  I don't see that it hurts anything
if the torrents are available from multiple places.
