[tex-live] CJK's default font for UTF8

This is a strange bug. The CJK package coming with TeXLive uses 'song'  
or 'cyberbit' font by default for UTF8 which is intentionally not  
installed. See the notes in
http://www.ctan.org/tex-archive/languages/japanese/CJK/4.8.1/doc/fonts.txt
As a result, people will find that CJK does not work with UTF-8 unless  
they choose a right font like 'gbsn'.
