[tex-live] Problem with pgf/tikz in tl 2008 on Windows

I have the same problem on my windows XP machine.

But I don't think that limit of file name length is the source of problem,
because the same directory has another file, the name of which is longer
than the file above mentioned and not truncated at all.

I am not a programmer, but I guess that lzma win32 version may have some bug.
