[tex-live] Problem with pgf/tikz in tl 2008 on Windows

Hello,

I just discovered, that on Windows (Vista in this case) the name of  
the file texmf-dist/tex/generic/pgf/frontendlayer/tikz/libraries/ 
tikzlibrarydecorations.pathmorphing.code.tex is truncated by one  
character, leaving it as tikzlibrarydecorations.pathmorphing.code.te
As a consequence it cannot be found by the tikz/pgf package. Renaming  
the file and rebuilding the index fixes the issue. I guess this is a  
problem with some container file format that cannot handle filenames  
this long, somewhere in the process of distribution.

Can you reproduce the problem I have? I also use MacTex 2008 and I did  
not encounter this problem there.
