[tex-live] acrotex (again)

Discussing acrotex in mactex mailing list few people assured me that
Acrotex Educational Bundle (aka aeb) in contrast to other packages
using it (aeb_pro, acroflex etc) does not require Adobe Acrobat (and
Distiller may be used but could be replaced by pdftex). So may be it
is worth reconsidering its non-inclusion of aeb into TeXLive (leaving
other packages   of D.Story on the cold)
