Finally it has appeared!... But not texdoc.tlu 10628, the one I've  
manually installed in one of my machines, but already 10633 (which is  
working fine, by the way).

Curiously ---for me, that is---, in the manually upgraded machine  
tlmgr didn't recognize the 10628 it already had, but reports local as  
10620 still.

I guess a manual upgrade doesn't update the database ---obviously.
