[tex-live] TTFs in dvips map files?

Hi Werner,

    have a look into fonts/map/dvips/tengwarscript/tengwarscript.map; it
    refers only to TTFs (except a single PFB).  This can't be correct, right?

1) pdftex can directly use ttfs.

2) TL just copies what the author supplies, the bug needs to go back to
   him/her/them.
