    as I remember they are creative commons, and thus not in TL, as creative 
    commons is not a debian free license

Saying "creative commons" by itself is meaningless, because the CC
organization publishes many licenses, which are very different -- some
free, some non-free.  It is an unfortunate and confusing situation.
