[tex-live] verbatimcopy package missing

I would never have noticed if I didn't just see the word verbatimcopy in 
my maillog (I'm not a regular reader og the texlive list)

So now there will be a lot missing from TL just because of this?

I think it is an anoying rule. I have a book about LaTeX that I'd like 
to upload to CTAN but it is released without sources, so that will never 
make it to TL, but miktex users will get it....
