[tex-live] texdoc manual section for depricated environment vars

Hi guys,

I have seen errors like this:

texdoc warning: Environment variable TEXDOCVIEW_pdf deprecated. See the manual
        section ?.?, ?.? for details.

The question marks are hard coded. May I suggest a better error?

Perhaps "See `texdoc texdoc`", but then that may not work if no viewer
is on the system.

Does anyone have any ideas?
