Apparently that was fixed in a previous update.

I moved the doc files for the dingbat package into doc/fonts (from
doc/latex).  The files in tex/latex really are latex files, at a quick
glance.  dingbat.tex is a "doc" file.

Actually not &MAKE* in this case, but %specialdocfmt.  Wish we were
smarter about the defaults.  Anyway ...
