   I'm sorry I cant give a definite answer to your question in your 
former e-mail : ("Can you USE the installation source?") : I've uploaded 
   rev 10579 before I could check.

    Currently, a command like "tlmgr install xlop" works OK (from the 
IPSL.jussieu mirror).

     Is it worth re-checking with an older revision ?
