[tex-live] Does Install-TL check for adequate temp space ?

Twice now my minimal install has hung at
TeXlive.intra.win32; on checking, I see
that the tmp directory is on the K: drive,
which has less than 300Mb free.  Is it
possible that K: reaches fullness at
TeXlive.intra.win32 but that the installer
fails to notice this ?
