[tex-live] babel - problem

Hi Joanna,

    ! Undefined control sequence.
    \main at language ...bbl at main@language \bbl at patterns
    ...
    Here the minimal example:
      \documentclass{report}
      \usepackage[ngerman]{babel}
      \begin{document}
      \end{document}

It works for me with current TL'08.  I hope it is just a matter of
finding all the .fmt files to delete.  Let us know if still broken.
