[tex-live] pdftex LFS bug: on mac too?

Evidently.  Despite all the testing that Thanh and I and others did on
the largefile stuff.  What an enormous drag!  I don't suppose anyone
would finally like to volunteer to set up a proper regression test
infrastructure?  (I made a start on it, but ...)

Now I wonder about delaying production :( :(.  I'm not all that worried
about sparc, but powerpc breakage seems like it will hit a large number
of users.  I'd hate to give out a hundred DVD's at a math conference to
Mac users knowing that their first pdf inclusion is going to crash.

Manfred?  Can I give you a new image?

Dick -- please rebuild asap.  Since Martin made the change in the Build
script (thanks Martin), it should be enough to do what you normally do.
