[tex-live] TL 2008 and lmtypewriter10-regular.ttf

Hello!

Why is /usr/local/texlive/2008/texmf-dist/fonts/truetype/hoekwater/ 
lmextra/lmtypewriter10-regular.ttf still included? The recent version  
of Latin Modern now calls the typewriter fonts "LM Mono," and this  
font file now is /usr/local/texlive/2008/texmf-dist/fonts/opentype/ 
public/lm/lmmono10-regular.otf ...
