The line breaks are inserted by your mail client?
It seems so, because something like 

texliv
e-en.pdf

is most likely introduced by a quite crude mail client.   

But what about

C:\Program
Files

???   Is the line break caused by print_argv.exe or by your mail program?
These little differences are very important.
