[tex-live] TL: fancytooltips (again), schedule, yplan

[Trying to remember what I was writing when my system crashed and
wondering why Terminal is now behaving weirdly... please excuse odd
characters, if any.]

fancytooltips:
 	- pdf version of image is apparently blank
 	- /usr/local/texlive/2008/texmf-dist/tex/latex/fancytooltips/fancytipmark.pdf

schedule:
 	- in TL 2008 (and 2007) but apparently not free

yplan:
 	- CTAN has newer version
 	- but newer version does include perl script so maybe that's
 	  why?

a fourth which I've forgotten..
