[tex-live] Missing 88591lat.csf in bibtex8

Since I installed TL 2008 I get this error when processing my bibtex
files:

    Error: cannot open CS file: 88591lat.csf

And indeed, this file is not included in TL's distribution:

    $ ls /usr/local/texlive/2008/texmf-dist/bibtex/csf/base 
    88592pl.csf  cp1250pl.csf  cp852pl.csf  iso8859-7.csf

The bibtex8 distribution at
http://www.ctan.org/tex-archive/biblio/bibtex/8-bit/ contains an archive
with that file:

    $ unzip -l ~/Desktop/bt371csf.zip
