[tex-live] pstricks LaTeX packages: wrong TDS location

Hello,

the LaTeX part of pstricks (wrapper packages for .tex files)
was installed in TL2007:
  texmf-dist/tex/latex/pstricks/
Now in TL2008 they are moved to
  texmf-dist/tex/generic/pstricks/latex/

That location looks like an error (leaking CTAN's structure)
than choosen on purpose.
