[tex-live] No errors during virgin install

Hi,

I added the message
    FcDirCacheValid(dir) returned FcFalse.

The error does not mean the write permisssion error.
It means that after a check of consistency, fontconfig
determined that the cache was invalid. Thus fontconfig
removed the created cache file.
I don't know why fc-cache creates invalid caches in the
installation process.
