I write these two lines to my C:\Users\fnsteed\texmf\texdoc\texdoc.cnf (**)
    viewer_pdf = (sumatrapdf %s) &
    viewer_txt = runemacs
then no problem occurs again.
(** That's texdoc -f tells where me my * file for texdoc is, just as in
texdoc's doc)
And it works by opening the pdf with sumatrapdf.exe.
