It fails in another way. It says "Windows cannot find d:\program"
(I translate from Chinese), my texlive install path is d:\program 
files\texlive.

Maybe it's the space between "program" and "files"? Is there anyone who
install texlive in a path whose name doesn't contain a space? Test if you
can?
