Then please don't call it 
	....-sample.cfg
That suggests that this is only to be used as an example and thus not be
installed into the runfile tree, but into the doc hierachy.

I seriously remark NOT to use that stupid (sorry) names with -sample in
actual sty files. Either load dlfltxbmarkup.cfg and ship this file, or
ship a sample file and tell the users in the README they have to create
a file without -sample.

We cannot read each and every installation instructions. Something
containing "sample" in the name is treated as what it says it is, a
sample.
