[tex-live] PS_View doesn't work

This is an access denied error when trying to access the user's
_own_ temp directory. I have encountered such odd access denied
errors myself, too; in fact, I just reproduced this error. This
shouldn't require elevated permissions, unless somehow ps_view is
trying to create the directory with unavailable permissions?
