[tex-live] PS_View error on vista

Hi

I am running some tests of TL2008 on Vista business:

 - Fresh Vista Business, Install from Stick as Administrator
 - Core 2 Duo, 2 GHz, 3 GB RAM

All my Tests are Ok except for ps_view:

When opening a ps-File a error message pops up saying

   directory 'c:\users\<loginname>\appdate\local\temp\.ps_view could not

   be created (error 5: zugriff verweigert)

Infact the directory is created, but I have not sufficient rights to
access it.
Clicking OK on th error window opens the ps-file properly.
