[tex-live] A few interesting snippets from the transcript

Right, further testing reveals that while
WinZip extracts the files from "vertex.doc.tar"
correctly (i.e., without adding a read-only
attribute), the supplied TAR does not.
This was the test incantation, with
default directory

	F:\TeX\Attribute-test

 > F:\TeX\attribute-test>F:\TeX\CTAN\systems\texlive\tlnet\2008\install-tl\tlpkg\installer\tar -x -f F:\TeX\CTAN\systems\texlive\tlnet\2008\archive\vertex.doc.tar

and here is the resulting directory listing :
